Job Descriptions: -
  • Involve in making shipping arrangements for import & export and follow ups.
  • Attend to telephone calls and visitors, and manage incoming/outgoing mails/parcels.
  • Monitor and make sure all office equipment/ asset (printer, water dispenser, computer, aircon etc) maintain and running in good condition.
  • Assist Admin Manager on day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements: -
  • Candidate must possess/currently pursue a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/ International Business or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Bukit Beruntung.
  • No work experience required.
  • Internship duration 3-6 months.
